WPPC™ is a dedicated team of lawyers that help injury victims throughout Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin in a wide variety of practice areas. We also consult with lawyers around the country to help serious injury victims nationwide.
More importantly, we are a group of real people and we’d like you to get to know us.
The first thing many people think about when they hear “personal injury lawyer” are endless roadside billboards or bad TV commercials that promise “big checks.”
You won't find our faces on TV ads or billboards, and we won't make false promises. What you will find is a team of dedicated lawyers going to battle for their clients each day.
Our founding lawyers, Don Wruck, Jason Paupore, and Keith Medved were friends and colleagues long before forming WPPC™. Keith has been helping injury victims for over 40-years and served as a mentor to Don and Jason as they began their legal careers decades ago. As a mentor, he passed along his skill, dedication, and his genuine compassion and empathy for people. He taught that being a good lawyer is more than just working hard and knowing the law, it's about getting to know people in need and helping them.
Building on mutual respect, Don, Jason and Keith formed WPPC™. Since that time, they've worked together to help thousands of injury victims understand their rights. Often working as a team, they have helped numerous clients suffering from the most devastating injuries imaginable, ranging from severe brain injuries to amputations. They also provide help to people suffering from less catastrophic injuries, including concussions, neck and back injuries, spinal fusions, broken bones, and many others. Regardless of the injury, every client is given the same personal care and attention they deserve.
The friendship and mutual respect that brought Don, Jason and Keith together continues to grow every year through the many battles they have fought together. It’s a respect forged through countless flights across the country to meet with important witnesses and all-night strategy sessions fueled by gallons of coffee and a burning desire to deliver for the client.

Since joining forces, the team has gained national attention for their work. Our advocacy has been featured in publications ranging from USA Today to CBS News, and has been featured on TV networks as diverse as MSNBC and MTV. Numerous recognitions have been received by members of the team, including a Top Lawyers rating by Martindale Hubbell; rating by Super Lawyers; a Perfect 10 Top Personal Injury rating from AVVO; and lifetime admission into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which includes less than 1% of trial lawyers .
Through our public awareness campaigns and charitable donations, we have also built one of the largest Facebook communities of any law firm in the country.
While it’s nice to be featured and recognized for our work, in the end the only thing that matters is whether we've lifted our clients up and delivered justice.
We can provide you with a free case evaluation by phone, text, or form 24/7/365 and be done in a matter of minutes.
Don is a founding partner and one of the nation’s top-ranked personal injury litigators. He is a member of the Multi-million Dollar Advocates Forum, which includes less than 1% of the nation’s trial lawyers, and awarded the highest ranking given by Martindale Hubbel and AVVO.
More importantly, Don understands representing personal injury victims is about more than recovering the best settlement: it’s about helping clients get back on their feet and supporting them in every aspect of their recovery.
In nearly all cases, our clients seek compensation from the wrongdoer’s insurance company. Before forming Wruck Paupore, Jason worked for a prominent law firm representing some of the world’s largest insurers. This experience gives Jason a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the strategies it uses to pay injury victims as little as possible.
Jason -- and our entire team -- put this inside knowledge to work to force insurance companies to pay what is actually owed. Often, we use the insurance company’s own tactics against them as we fight for the full compensation our client deserves.
For more than four decades, Keith has been fighting for injury victims. During that time, he’s watched the insurance industry change, with insurers now more interested in protecting their stock price than treating injury victims fairly.
Since the beginning, Keith has put people first. From his childhood in Gary, Indiana during the 1960’s and working his way through law school, Keith has risen to become one of the Midwest’s most respected trial lawyers. He has never forgotten that being a lawyer is about helping people -- and seeing injury victims through struggles in a way that could change their lives forever.
Over the decades, Keith, Don and Jason have fought relentlessly for clients, even when other lawyers have said the case was impossible to win.
